I'm facing the same.

Change ur screen resolution from 1440 to 1080 and select 120hz. It works

Mine is already at 1080 and selected 120hz but its still working in 60hz

Jst select 1440p and again go back to 1080p then select 120hz refresh rate.
It worked for me

yes it worked, but i have to change the resolution to 720 and then go back to 1080 again and it worked
