Hi ,

Anyone facing this .. after 6 days received welcome offer from JIO. Now it's saying to check handset 5G setting which is already set to 5G.

Simply remove jio sim from one slot and insert in other one. And make sure you have selected 5G. That's it. Once 5G activates then again insert the sim to required slot.

These are issues on the side of jio.

Change your location and go where strong network is available and then restart.

Just reinserted SIM and it's working.
