Do not buy anything from Samsung and Flipkart

Flipkart and Samsung both are making fool to customer.. they are selling used product. This time they caugh they forget to format SSD. Worst customer support.

Yes . Now they are not returning this .. they told me contact samsung service center which located around 20 KM from my place.. means I need to waste more money and time on this. Now I learnt the lession from now onward will not buy any expensive item from online platform.

Customer support asking me to visit Service center so that they do the format and gave me the same SSD.

Even if I will be visiting Service center single time it will cost me 1000 rupees ..

Now tell me why should I waste money ?
