Redemption of Galaxy Warch in Samsung Shop App

I have purchased S22 ultra through Student Advantage program on 2nd july. At the time of purchase it shows that Galaxy watch 4 redemption is in Samsung shop app post activation of the device. I received the S22 ultra on 5th july and activated it on same day. After 72 hours i have checked for Galaxy watch 4 redemption, but it's showing that the device is not eligible for this redemption. Kindly help me out with this.

Maybe not available due to you can't combine both student advantage & the watch
