I bought my new Tab S9 on August 14 & still didnt get my microsoft office 365 one year free subscription as promised by the purchase? 

Any idea how or when to get it please?

Already chatted with their help service but unfortunately still no answer!

Kindly head to Samsung members > Benefits section > Microsoft offer > copy the code and then go to Microsoft app to paste it. However, If can't see the offer please send screenshot.
