Look at the edited screenshot below.
As you can see, the total battery use by the eleven apps on the list are 3.9% and does not match with the 16% battery usage. So, there are 12.1% loss (16% minus 3.9%). Those 12.1% are used by somethings that are not listed on that list (I assume that this 12.1% loss comes from some system apps, apps that has their battery use set to unrestricted which make the system stop monitoring their battery usage, screen/display, network (cellular/WiFi/Bluetooth), Vibration, and others).
No matter how many apps, their battery usage displayed on that list, the total percentage never never matches with the battery usage because there is always a few loss in battery level which are not listed on that list. Hence, this suggestion:
Add "Other" somewhere in the list as showed on the screenshot above ("Others 12.1%") to show the battery usage for other things. Just like "Other" in Device care>Storage, which stores other files in the internal storage.
