Samsung is deceiving people by the care plus scheme that they provide their customers upon buying from web site. IT WAS NOT CLEAR THAT YOU HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE PLAN YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT. my screen stopped working without having fallen or broken. they gave all non valid excuses to push me to pay 1100 dirham to change the screen. I was left with no choice but to pay the money and get my mobile. they are not professional and deceiving people. I filled a case against them in the ministry of economy, consumer protection department, and I will never forgive them. a very big difference between their service and apple. BE AWARE GUYS WHEN YOU DEAL WITH .
