I have a UA55JU6600 and my smart hub apps like netflix, amazon prime and youtube are unresponsive. I have tried to reset the smart hub, reset the TV, but no luck. I have tried to delete these apps but cannot as the smart hub states they are core apps that cannot be deleted. My only option is firmware update which isn't available, for Dubai UAE. My version for firmware is 1550, but i noticed for other regions 1570 is available for the same tv. I have thought about downloading the latest version for another region, but it carries a warning stating to use the update if it is not for your region. Please can you assist for a resolve?
