Fingerprint sensor

Can anyone help me my fingerprint sensor is not working on my A22 5, its been two weeks now

I tried to restart my phone still tue same

I tried to rest my phone settings still no help

Please🥺anyone knows better

Sometimes it does happen to mine I just restart it punch the pin number after opening it first then closed it and put your finger print it does work for me if I do that

I restarted many times still it says finger print not working 😭
