● Some newer devices comes with this 5G ONLY option but even if we enabled it sometimes the smartphone switches back to 4G LTE but in network settings it shows that 5G Only 
● Is anyone facing same issue?
● I'm sharing a screenshot for reference

Here in screenshot the network mode says 5G Only but on task bar it shows LTE+

Yes, its a software bug 🐛.

But you can do 5G only by modifying data apn settings.

In that you can just choose 5G barrier and save apn setting.

Setting, network, connection, access point,

In that click already selected, and click on barrier and choose 5G,

Don't add new APN..

Edit already selected APN, change barrier save it.

You can reset APN also if you forget default settings.
