A32 is damaged

My a32 is not working. It is restarting automatically then getting turned off. This process is occuring on repeat. Also, touch is not working at all. Does anyone have any idea or suggestions for the same? 

Furthermore, it has all the data without any backup. What to do in such instance?

Connect you phone to pc and try to transfer the data. Did you check by charging the phone?

Yes i checked it.
Phone is not even on then how am i supposed to transfer the data

Go to > battery & device care > auto optimisation > turm off

Try to charge your phone at least one hour. If not solve hard reset your phone.

First try to change your phone. If not solve hard reset is last option. By the way, from where you post do?

This seems to be a motherboard issue unfortunately. Get it to an authorised service centre. If somehow it's not a motherboard issue, they will fix it by removing the battery and trying some tricks. Some say that a faulty battery can also cause this.
