If you are using Exynos than it is because PUBG developer hasn't allowed or updated their settings for Exynos. COD and Asphalt has and supports higher settings
There are few posts on YouTube and Reddit about 90fps configuration for PUBG Exynos and works fine as per the community however it is illegal and there are chances of getting banned.
