issue with 'call record' feature

can't listen to recorded calls directly from phone app after android 13 & Samsung UI update. it shows 'failed to play voicemail'. is anyone facing the same problem?

phone model: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G

Check all permissions of phone app settings (media and sound)

settings>apps>phone app>grant all permissions
