- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Accessibility >> Hearing >> Mute all sounds >> Enable and disable.
- Check with other Samsung headphone.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
