Unusual software change

I have my Samsung s21 5g saying an unusual software change detected. Tried updating over the air but it still fails. Tried re flashing the file via odin  but i still have the same problem.

I managed yo solve the update failed error. Procedure: 1 perfomed a hard reset of the device and went through with the setup.
2 checked for updates and downloaded but again it failed.
3 rebooted device in odin mode checked and found that this fone had its warranty void ( i dont how and when that happened since i bought it second hand)
3 downloaded the official firmware via samfw (5 file firmware )
4 flashed the firmware via odin
5. After setup checked for updates and downloaded the latest update and voila updated successfully!!!!
Nb: if warranty is void all knox secured apps will not work

I have a note 20 ultra. Am praying you see this. It says in Samsung members that "an unusual software change" but in software information in settings it says official. And I can't get any of the Knox secured apps like pass and health to work. Any idea what happened. Phone was knew in a box (atleast to my knowledge)
