Hi, I bought a Samsung s23 mobile from UAE in April 2023 and have been using in India. While the performance is very good, I am not getting software updates - Didn't get Android 14 yet, and the latest security patch update was received in July 2023. Due to this, I'm not able to configure work apps in my mobile. Please advise how to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance!
