Samsung S918B/DS The phone Dual physical SIM cards, In the settings there is no SIM Manager , I did not receive the OTA updates , so I had to change CSC to Egypt.

After Changing CSC

When I Factory Reset the phone The second SIM works, and when he finishes setting it up and enters the main screen, it disappears
