I have Samsung S21 Fe purchased on 25 June 2023.In December their was android 14 one ui 6 update on my device. After update my phone screen start flickering oftenly and few times when any app I tried to open screen get fully green.But unfortunately I can't record it on another device.I have visited service center twice.They tried to reset and software update. But still issue is continue. They are not provided job sheet also because I only get software update.
I my issue solve so called customer care they say senior will call me within 2 hours.But still I don't got call from them.I was asking them for replacement of my device or gave me e-voucher so I would purchased their company product only. But that is also not provided.
