S24 ultra/Buds 2 pro benefit confirmation

Aslamu Alaikum everyone, i baught s24 ultra a few weeks back and applied for my buds 2 pro. 

I wonder i didnt received any confirmation email or any text against my applied voucher. 

Plz guide if anyone knows

No body canform this procesd becaz this procesd is very uncomfortable they provide us buds pro on that time when we purchase mobile but customer is also a sheep thy cut us and take money and lost all connection with us after sell a product

if you applied the code right, then applying the code again won't work. instead, you will get that you have already used the code. you will get a confirmation call in a week and a half. and you will get buds within 2 weeks after the call. i got mine today....
