After update I checked keyboard settings and found the AI chat translation is missing. But I enabled all the settings. Yesterday I bought S23 and out of the box it comes with One UI 6.0 and updated to one UI 6.1 and that phone shows chat translation. But in my S23 ultra it's missing

Yes I agree with you please convey this info to Samsung support and community as well they will help you out to resolve the issue at the earliest.

100% they don't know anything. Whatever questions u raise they will reply the same cut copy paste reply. I'm using same phones since 2010 and in the members community, none of the Samsung support team knows anything. I can challenge,

Galaxy SFor the service to work, you must activate the Android Customization service feature. If it is disabled, after enabling it, restart the device. Settings > Security & Privacy > More Privacy
Settings > Enable Android Personalization Service
