We need to create an grievance on NCH - NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE. Mentioning the issues which we are facing after updating one ui 6.1 in S23 ultra.
Issues which are being faced
- Camera degradation - image processing colurs are very dull & edge detection is not good as before.
- Finger print sensor - the fingerprint sensor is not functioning properly as expected. We need to place fingers twice manytimes due to an bug.
- AOD Always On Display - The current AOD in the one ui 6.1 for S23 ultra is not good as before in one ui 6.1
While creating grievance we need to register other customers grievance docket number as an reference to the issue. So that SAMSUNG HEAD OFFICE will address the issue quickly and release an update sooner to fix our issues.
You can easily register grievance on NCH by simply calling 1915 or by using NCH
