I charged my device in cool environment also disabled fast charging. I charge my device in switched off mode. Most of the time protect battery on. This time I turned off to check sot. Calibrate battery usage, using 60hrz etc.
Bro you you should charge it turned on, just keep the mobile data and wifi off so there will almost no screen tune So that the charging software will help charging your phone faster, even if you turn off fast charging
Yes while on emergency I turned on this feature. I keep checking charging time after every software update. Fortunately charging time not increased same estimated time since I bought it. I avoid fast charging in summer time. In this way we expand battery health in long run. Tried and tested.
