Please check if power saving is enabled on your device. Power saving mode does not allow 5G network.

Use netmonster app and select nr only mode

Turn off power saving mode.
Go to settings and set 5G auto.
Go to good 5G coverage area.
Turn on/off flight mode.


If face same then use 5G only mode.
