Even less than a year of purchase, the phone by Samsung S20 fe 5g is degrading it's camera quality, battery backup, graphics, and phone network connectivity. Even no Android 14 update yet received. Hey Samsung it's great phone kindly behave like a friend with this phone. I purchased this phone in name of quality, but feeling lost. No hope , but I keep this phone very carefully. In box it came with Android 11.

I trust Samsung that' why I'm here to explain my problem to Samsung and Samsung community user. So that Samsung address this issue to all such phone. It's not a fight with Samsung.

As per your concern, we would like to inform you that as per the Samsung update policy, there are one latest and two major software updates provided for Galaxy devices and Monthly security patch updates regularly. Your device is not eligible for the Android 14 update, but it will get the security patch updates. However, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

Galaxy device camera issue: Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.
