As per your concern, we would like to inform you that as per the Samsung update policy, there are one latest and two major software updates provided for Galaxy devices and Monthly security patch updates regularly. Your device is not eligible for the Android 14 update, but it will get the security patch updates. However, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

Galaxy device camera issue: Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.
