OS Updates Failure

Samsung is just a useless brand, the company's efficiency to deliver updates on time is bad. Their devices are great but their after sale service is GARBAGE. They have lost me as a customer.

You need to blame Samsung SA not the Samsung brand they are the ones who need to confer to Samsung for quicker updates...but they are useless bunch hust like the ANC
