Not receiving notification in mobile data

Suddenly after latest update, Im not
reciving notifications when on mobile data, yet
when I connect on WiFi, all of my notifications
then pop up at once? Gmail, WhatsApp, news
etc. I'm not getting notifications when l'm on
cellular data but when I connect WiFi all
notifications popped up.

Just to check if it is operator issue, I have tried the sim in another phone, it was working fine.

My data saver and power saving mode is off, still I can't receive notifications

Check Google Play Store is on wi-fi only.

switch it to mobile data and wi-fi.

or try to switching network type.

Go to Connections, Data usage, Allowed networks for apps. Check if Mobile or Wifi option is selected for each app.
