The niyo app is not moving forward and showing rooted device issue while the phone is new and non rooted.

When informing the same to you, they are saying that accepting some term and conditions made the phone rooted😅😅😅
Anyone else facing this issue?

Sometimes if bootloader is unlocked, they give this root message. You can check once in recovery page if its unlocked. Else it's app issue.
