Jio 5G issue

Now waiting for the Samsung to fix...from jio side it got fixed ,although I have turned it on 5g settings but it shows phone settings is off for 5g

I have discussed with jio about this issue. Jio replied always false information then i forced them again and again to provide true information and finally They replied it shows that your phone is 5G enabled but jio has not launched 5G in your city. So i went to my home town and i got 5G because it is the head of district. Here in gujarat most of all head cities of distcricts got 5G but not other cities. So 5G is available in my home town but where i working in another city 5G is not available. This is not a problem of samsung. You can see green tick on 5G handset compatibility that means your phone is already 5G enabled.

Just re-insert JIO SIM , it should work... Means remove card from one slot and put into other , this worked for me. Also make sure in network setting 5G should be selected.
