Why don't you search " Gesture Hint" in setting search bar, if it's hidden in somewhere else, it will be automatically shown

To Turn Off Follow This You Will Have To Turn Off Circle To Search Features Through Setting

To enable go to Navistar module in good lock gesture hint option will be enabled
