Hello guys, I just wanted to know that who can be contacted in case of there being issue with the samsung smart cafe (official samsung offline store). I bought a product and the sales agent isn't giving me the offer accessorie (delivered seperately) with the device saying it's not delivered. I contacted all samsung support and they said to contact the sales agent and the agent says that he dosent have the accessories yet.
