Heating and battery draining issue in s21fe

One of the worst battery life and the phone is almost reaching 50degrees heat in no time. The phone is just 4days old .There by samsung no reply.Need any response from samsung side.

Unfortunately this is known issue they forget to mention in description.. battery doesn't even last for 8 hrs

I have visited but no use waste of time they just kept my device under observation for 24hrs and the problem remains same

I think it's because of update I have purchased 2 s21fe one for my self and one for my mother. I updated My phone and it heats up even while playing youtube and battry has started draining like any thing I have to charge my device 3 times a day

On the other hand I have stopped my mom's phone to receive any update and her phone is working fine
