Green tint issue, screen discoloration

I'm using S10 lite since 2 years now. Suddenly out of no where, a green tint appeared on my phone's screen. Sometimes the screen flickers and comes back to normal state only to go back to greent tint state. It is more apparent in low brightness  but it goes away when keeping screen in high brightness. Tried safe mode and factory reset but still, it is present.

what do you think it looks like a display issue or software? or please post a screenshot here... if nothing in screenshot then its display issues

hmm so that is your display problem... it should be changed i think ....

This is a hardware damage , I also got this on my note 9 , 1 year back this is not a software issue.

This is not a hardware problem. Latest security patch is the main cause of it and Samsung has to fix this ASAP.
