Service Policy for Line on Display defect Applicable Model: S21 (SM-G991B), S21+ (SM-G996B), S21 Ultra (SM-G998B) and S22 Ultra (SM-S908E) Regarding Line in display in their handset during Out warranty period without any physical damage or waterlogged sign. It is decided to consider this issue for only one-time FOC replacement of OCTA assembly along with Battery & Rework Kit in above said model until 30th April 2024. This policy is applicable only for the phones purchased within 3 years from the invoice date. Labor Cost to be charged from customer and it will be applicable from 25th August 2023 onwards.
