Can someone please assist me. I am struggling with obtaining the promo code for the promotion of the Galaxy tab A8 from purchasing the S23 Ultra. Can anyone please assist, I tried contacting samsung but they said they were unaware of the promotion.
Update: so I phoned Samsung and they are telling me this promo is only available for people who purchased before the 6th of April which to me sounds like a really convenient way of saying " we don't want to give you the tablet" because on the promo banner it says FROM 18th of April.
