I'm using Galaxy S10 Lite 8|512 GB variant. I started facing a screen flickering problem after 4.1 UI update. 4 days back I updated the 1st September security patch update. And the screen flickering problem arises. Today or of nowhere my phone has a green line. My hands are literally shaking I don't know what do do. Samsung please help me out. Please. Line is on the right on the screen.

You should visit nearest authorized service centre and ask them for free screen replacement by escalating the issue. I hope they'll help out with the same. Eventually we are investing our hard earned money at least not to face such issues without our mistakes.

It was a dream buying an S series. This feels really painful even though I didn't damage it or drop it. I just updated the software that's it. I think I need to visit the service center.

I can feel your pain, I will suggest you to visit service centre physically while trying to escalate issue online too. As a owner of S23 Ultra sometimes i too get worried about future of my device after 2-3 years since i have invested over 1lakh rupees on handheld device i will surely look to use it untill it gets totally unusable.

They will surely said you that you are only one who is facing this kind of problem, after update. So you have to pay the Screen replacement cost almost around 9k. But we are many people who have different kind of Screen problem after security update. So take some backup and then mail the Samsung CEO help desk with some photos, videos of the problem. Here are tons of reports and complain about m series screen problem but still they act like you are the only one who have this kind of problem. So welcome to the group...

I'm using S10 lite 8/128 gb variant, I started facing screen flickering problem after 5.1 UI update. I updated to 5.1 on 7th Jan 2024 and the problem started on 10th Jan 2024. My screen is getting brighter or some other color for a second or few and getting back to normal in every few minutes. Samsung, please help me with this issue to get it sorted out.
