Empty benefits?!

Hi,why I dont have any promotions in  member's benefits?

It's empty page , shows only the rewards point I have, so I want to see my promotions and the entertainer code.

My device is s23 ultra, purchased on Samsung.com

Kindly make sure that you are using a local SIM without VPN and logged in to a Samsung account in the Members app.

I'm using 2 sim cards, I put the at local one as sim1, I don't use VPN at ll, still the issue, can't find any promotions, Is there another way to fix the problem?!
