Galaxy SI would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at Samsung Clearwater Mall once again. On May 6th, I brought my phone in for inspection due to a crackling sound that occurred during playback or phone calls. They accepted my phone and on May 11th, Cecelia called me to inform me that they had identified the issue and ordered a replacement speaker. She assured me that they would call me once the phone was fixed and ready for pickup. The next day, on May 12th, I received a call stating that the phone had been repaired and was ready to be collected. However, when I went to retrieve the phone on May 13th and tested it, I discovered that the issue persisted unchanged.
Frustrated, I decided to return the phone on May 15th. The staff member there informed me that they had conducted a diagnostic test, but the report showed no problems, and therefore, no action was taken on the phone. There are a few important points to note: Firstly, when I initially handed in the phone, I specifically mentioned to the staff member that the issue occurred randomly. Secondly, Cecelia had confirmed that the speaker would be replaced. Lastly, on the Samsung members app, I came across a post from another individual who also complained about the same crackling sound issue.
It is quite perplexing that I cannot identify any specific triggers for this problem, and it is impossible for me to replicate it on the spot. Given that my phone is only three months old, I am uncertain about the next steps that should be taken.
