Yesterday I got opportunity to See what changes from 1UI5.1 to 6 ( Since mine is still on 5.1 while other one from Sister is on 6).
Regarding Camera quality I observed that after launching of S23 series quality of S22U reduced the same old story🤣🤣
And now after 5.1 to 6 it is nearly same in both but in certain conditions I find S22U (Mine) have slightly upper hand in terms of Sharpness, Colour Correction, Less brighter (Less smoky/Foggy in extreme day light) etc.

Observed Change logs, where either the Option/Options shifted from one place to other or Some might Removed ↓↓
1UI5.1 →→→ 1UI6
Mine Usage is totally different from her so can't compare the battery Efficiency but She is (Teacher & Using Mild to Moderate) complaining that now battery lasts around 2-3 hrs lesser with almost same pattern of usage, So to avoid frequent charging she is charging 100% from few days also Complaint for hanging once after this update and done factory reset, Let's wait for her next feedback. Mine handset also stuck once in Dec. While using SBI Yono app (So I am not sure whether it is because of App or S22U 🤔)..
I am not Expert.. so might have missed some options and further more from last 2 years not so much active on this forum as well as on these technical aspects 🤔🤔
