Back cover

My S21 FE never fell, it's been 2,5 years now that I have it, I'm 1st owner. 

The samsung brand has always been a good one, but sadly I have to state that I am so disappointed with what happened. 

My phone's back cover is starting to pull loose, I've taken care of this phone, never even had people play with it. 

If this is normal, I don't ever want a samsung, but if anyone can assist, has it ever happened to you?

PS. Note that this phone has never fell.

Hi, apologies for what you is hapeenjng to your device. I also have a Samsung S21 FE. Mine is still intact, but the Sim card holder is damaged. The phone has never fallen and is always protected by a back cover, but one day, when I wanted to change the Sim, I found that the card holder is damaged.

Seems that the s21 fe was made in a hurry with some low quality inspection.

Mine is still intact.You must invest on a high quality case and screen protector I chose a Samsung case it was expensive but my device is well protected and it still looks new!
