BAD EXPERIENCE..

Pre ordered, 

Intrested in ORANGE...samsung store in QATAR couldn't assist ..

Ended up in buying their store choice.

Guess what. Now after purchase I'm told .. U R NOT ELIGIBLE for samsung POINTS.

CUSTOMER service staff said it will be credit to my account.

While checking with samsung online chat support.. they said u CHEXK WITH STORE.

COME ON..

so plz be watchful, care full.

Don't accept HANDSET till u get X5, CARE Plus activated for you.

Once again..disappointing

You have thr option to return the phone within first 14 days of purchase. And you can buy online.

Really? But the problem is.. there is no online support from SAMSUNG for online TRADE IN....

Do you mean customer care? Usually call center responds or you can get on chat.

I did try chat (on line support) for customer care+ shared a link to register my device...

My concern and advice is when we puchase High end devices, so why we are not taken care of.. in terms of our rights..or properly explained..

All the ADVERTISEMENTS then are misleading to customers..

Now, why I loose x5 samsung points..

It's not about worth..but the CLARITY .. that matters for every one

I understand. BTW the 5x points usually come after 14 days. Even I haven't received as there is a product return window till then. So they get added after this period.
