my wifi calling on the note 9, even after turning it on, its not even showing

Some of the wifi have limits, like at my work I can't update software even downloading movies

with mine, i can do all that, pretty much all i want to do, but when it comes to wifi calling, thats were my problem is now

Hi BestPass

Kindly check with the network service provider for Wi-Fi functionality as the function is network related, however, if all is well from the network side try the steps below.

*Please note that stored Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, and Bluetooth passwords may be removed. 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 
2. Select Settings. 
3. Select General Management. 
4. Select Reset. 
5. Select Reset network settings. 
6. Tap Reset settings 

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device. 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds. 

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
