Samsung Galaxy Note 9, how do you enable VOLTE?

Please advise me on how to turn on VOLTE on my Samsung Galaxy Note. Because I'm using my company's Galaxy Note, (landscape lighting contractor Vancouver). Please instruct me on how to proceed.
