I am using Samsung note 9 when I will connect the buds in my phone my WiFi network is running very slow even am making a video call or playing games etc if there is any way to sort it out please help me
Although BT and WiFi may operate at the same 2.4 GHz frequency, their operation is basically separated. We suggest to check the connection of the phone while using the Buds+ with a different router.
