Unreachable M34 whlie phone is on

Dear samsung i have bought last year M34 and using jio network. After buying this phone i am facing lots of issue likenot able another person to connect my number and they are asking me why your phone is switched off while my phone is not switch off. I don't no what's the reason but sure that issue from samsung beacuse i have complaint with my service provider about this issue many times. they say from our side all is okay. Kindly check your phone to customer care.

So please samsung solve this problem and i konw many user face this issue.

And2nd issue not able to use 5g/ 4g either , many users of this phone

Bro is anyone in your family facing same issue with jio ? Try using sim in other phone sometime sim can be faulty. Are u facing issue of jio since one year? Your phone is 1 yr old. Go to jio galaxy say sim x kr do iss sim me problem hai issi number ka dusara sim dedo. Or phone me software reinstall kr ke lo service centre se it will help.

I have replace sim bro already. All things that can be done from jio i have done all things. So i am saying that it's phones issue not service provider. I have jio 4g net issue while 5g is good on jio sim and other user facing jio 5g issue while jio 4g okay for him. So it's totally samsung issue either software or hardware.

Try once software restoration and they will also check for network issue if u tell them to check network issue specially. Like if phone passes network test in their pc.

Your 4g problem is because jio has not optimised network for users jio have Lots of users but network is not optimised that way in 4g. 5g is in testing phase so those who registered long before they are getting good 5g those who registered for 5g late are getting issue with 5g.

If anyone facing Receiver problem in Galaxy M 34 5g , let me know....

Problem is-
Receiver creates sound [ two times tic tic sound , not too loud sound(need to put receiver near ear)].. when phone is in power off mode and then plugged in for charging. Sound comes after 5- 10 seconds; when SAMSUNG Galaxy logo starts to illuminate.

If anyone facing same issue ,Please describe......

No bro i have only not received call while phone is on. I personalty call myself and calling phone said dialed number is switch off. That's my problem but you say that charging sound heard after 3 4 second it can be normal beacuse of slow responses/ processor.

Dude in my m 34, that sound is not of charging sound,
Please once check on my request by this method....
1. Turn power off ur phone, nd then plug in for charging. Put ur receiver on ear nd wait approx 5 sec. [ U will hear tic tic sound] when Screen illuminates Samsung Galaxy logo.
2. Same sound will occur when turning on the phone.

=> I have visited to service center, but they replied it's our first phone for such problem.We have to wait till other m 34 come to center. They accepted that sound exists.
Please check once on my request.... 🙏

I also faced the problem u described. But only once, [my friend called me, but it doesn't ring, my phone was connected with wifi at same time nd whatsapp was working that time.]
