USB issue

JUST AN USB ISSUE....

Not connect USB in first try...

Just plug it loosely...

Plug🔌it by rotating other side and plug it...

After a few it connected but.....

In notification panel:

▪︎Not showing "unmount" option, and "USB is connected, tap to transfer files" which showing earlier...

▪︎Sometimes it shows "USB issue, tap to fix" 

But after tapping nothing happen

Device: M31

Software: one UI 2.5 with October security patch

its the issue with the part sub pba, which means charging port. approach nearest service centre

thats all upto you. if you want to resolve the prbm you have to service it. otherwise purchase new one

did you try this, if not try and let see

Go to settings >apps>click on 3 dot at right top corner>click on show system app >searchin search bar (just type USB SETTING">click on it>storage >clear cache and data
Restart your phone and then try.
