I have been facing a serious issue related to the full screen...Whenever I stream YouTube or Netflix, I always receive a notification saying "drag a inward button to remove the notification to show navigation bar" It literally freezes my screen....I can't do anything other than lock the screen and exit after that....I need genuine solution for this....also these days my screen doesn't work well....my device is M51
As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Turn on the navigation buttons. Path: Settings>Display> Scroll down and select Navigation Bar>Tap the radio button to switch to Gestures>Select whether or not you'd like to use Gesture Hints. They'll appear as lines at the bottom of the screen rather than full sized buttons
Kindly turn off Full screen off. Path: 1. Navigate to Settings and tap on it. 2. Tap on Display. 3. Tap on Full screen apps. 4. Select the App you want to turn off the full screen aspect ratio.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
