Samsung m34 5g is not support 5g

After I contact to jio service provider they are said this handset is not comapatable to 5g as his system show and also said many step for 5g compatable but every step follow but still not working.

As jio company sent a link that link is how to setup a device for use 5g service simply said by video in youtube

It's depends on network coverage area. At first some 4 to 5 days my phone also didn't connect to 5g, now it's working fine.
