Samsung m33 5g auto brightness issue

My samsung m33 5g auto brightness not working even in the direct sun light.

Visited to service center but they told me this is the features of the m33 5g, i told them i am using since last 6 months it's working properly but few days back it not working properly then they say there is sofissue they updte my phone software but the problem is same.

Not getting any help from the service center (safdar jung enclave, new delhi).

Is there any one who is having same problem in m33 5g

Try this, Goto Apps under settings > Device Health Services and delete its data. Lemme know if that works.

I have no idea in this case, it can be a software bug too so let's wait for next update.
