Downloaded file folder

I am unable to get the IRCTC downloaded file (ticket)from the folder they mentioned, there is no such folder visible, dear samsung -policy apart let users download the output files from the apps which are approved by google /  galaxy store, with valid certificates,  let the folders /file visible to us, those are important,

Search the name of the downloaded file in the files search bar.

As per irctc downloaded file will lie in ERS folder, but ERS folder is not visible

YOU ALSO GOT TICKETS ON YOUR REGISTRED EMAIL/GMAIL ID

CHECK GMAIL !

IT'S FALUT OF APP DEVELOPERS OF CRIS
THEY DON'T KNOW TECHINAL THINGS THAT ROOT FOLDER OF APPS IS NOT ACCESSIBILE BY USER AFTER LATEST GOOGLE SECURITY POLICY !

Its silly, i hav got ticket by mail and sms, folder not visible in android11, i faced similar issue in dual messenger, got rectified in samsung update

THAT WAS SAMSUNG ISSUE BUT
APP ROOT FOLDER ACCESS DENIED IS NOT SAME AS THAT
IT'S CAN'T BE CHANGED

IRCTC APP DEVELOPERS MUST CHANGE STORAGE OF TICKETS IN SEPRATE FOLDER WITHIN INTERNAL STORAGE

Try a good 3rd party file xplorer to access that folder.

Google 's Files app already there, but cannt find
