Data Connection issues

This is M34

This one is 5G enabled smartphone. But every time can't use the 5G. Don't know why. The network operator saying, it's okay from our side But don't know, what is happening to this phone.

Didn't understand. The same Sim when I put in another 5G phone,it goes well but when I put in this phone,network issue happens.

Brother, may be it's a network issue, some places 5g is not available, I an also noticed but I know where i can use 5g or where i can't use.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots. Thanks.

Yes, i m also facing this issue. Try data connection on and off twice then u can use 5G
